Good Afternoon Group!

What is new this coming week?  Iceburg lettuce (available as add on and in the large boxes), Red Chard, Purple Carrots (possible?), Carnival Squash and Fresh Russet Potatoes!.... back on are Bananas, Fuji apples, Grapefruit and mini seedless watermelons.

What a fun food week we have ahead of us!

This week we had some incredible green beans.  They were from Coke Farm ~ a cooperative of growers.  Next week we are getting them again from Coke Farm.

Health info on the Carnival Squash:  A Guide to Healthy Fall and Winter Squash "Brightly colored with orange and green spots and stripes, carnival squash resembles the ubiquitous acorn squash, but has yellow flesh similar to sweet potatoes or butternut squash. Gainesville 9:30 am pick up point at Subway followed by in town home and work deliveries

Mountain Home Bob typically leaves the farm by 12:30/1 pm.  The pick up point is behind Vacs Etc at the far end of the new Goodwill parking area from 3:15 - 3:45 pm.  Home and work deliveries are before and after.

Thursdays

Bob leaves the farm at 9:30 am to get to the first pick up point on time.

Willow Springs - Hillbilly Junction 11-11:30 am (he is in front of the pumps facing the highway near the big sign)

West Plains - Parking area adjacent to Murphy Oil in front of Walmart

Digestive Ease  contains Papaya and Pineapple for the wonderful digestive enzymes and coconut chips which help us digest our food and kills off excessive candida.  I put in some plain banana chips and Organic Brazil Nuts to complete this tropical blend.  Nothing in this blend has any sugar added to it.  So nice you never know there isn't anything added.
