Below I have what we are looking at for next weeks boxes. Some new things are the yellow beans, Red Butter Leaf Lettuce, Pluot, Honeydew and I'm adding a "Local Organic Surprise"... this is going to be a surprise for all of us as it will be whatever Bob Finds for us as he is shopping Local Organic Growers! I can't wait to see what he comes home with!!!

We have a $1 off Coupon here for the Gluten Free Breads! I have Cinnamon Raisin, 7-Grain and the 4pk Hamburger buns available for this coming week. We will be getting the Mountain White in the later part of next week, but not in time for deliveries.

Digestive Ease contains Papaya and Pineapple for the wonderful digestive enzymes and coconut chips which help us digest our food and kills off excessive candida. I put in some plain banana chips and Organic Brazil Nuts to complete this tropical blend. Nothing in this blend has any sugar added to it. So nice you never know there isn't anything added.
Transitions: The combination of tangy and sweet is quite nice. It contains dried sugar sweetened cranberries for urinary tract health, Organic Raw Filberts (hazelnuts - love them! check out the health benefits!), dried natural diced peaches, Organic sugar sweetened Banana Chips and Organic Raw Walnuts for your omega 3 fatty acids.

16 oz fine grated Coconut (Macaroon style) ~ $3.75 (Nix that Candida! This is great for making your own coconut carob balls!)

Carob Cocont Balls
Only 4 Simple Ingredients! - 1/2 C Carob Powder
- 3 cups Shred/dry Organic Coconut
- 3/4 C Og Extra Virgin Coconut oil at its liquid/semi liquid state
- 1/2 c Og Agave Nectar
Just mix all those things together in with a spoon in a stainless or glass bowl. Put in fridge or freezer to firm up for a bit *that makes rolling a LOT easier*. Then roll the mix into small balls in your palms. Yes, this is sticky, but you get a perk... you get to lick your hands afterward! LOL!!! Just place them on a dinner plate and watch them disappear! One batch in this house rarely sees the light of day!
