Nestled in the Ozark Mountains of Southern Missouri, Willow Mountain Mushrooms has been providing gourmet quality mushrooms since 2004.

Using only Natural means to grow our mushrooms we maintain a high quality mushroom FULL of natural flavor not chemicals.

While other producers concentrate on a long shelf life by using chemicals ~

Willow Mountain Mushrooms specializes in delivering fresh picked mushrooms directly to you thereby avoiding the distribution system and the time it sits on your local stores shelf.

In doing this we maintain the mushrooms wonderful natural flavor that many people have told us they have never tasted before in store bought mushrooms.

Organic Produce Co-op

Organic Produce boxes delivered to your home, work, co-op meeting place or pick up point.

We offer a wide variety of boxes starting at the $20 level ~ Basic mixed boxes, veggie only, fruit only, snack/raw eating, juicing, Dried nut and fruit and add on's are available each week.

Each Wednesday we send an email letting you know what to expect in the following weeks box.

Standing orders are highly suggested, but not required. You can customize your standing order each week... or just 'know' that it will be there on your delivery day.

Being centrally located ... we deliver to Mountain Home, Gainesville and Theodosia on Wednesdays and to West Plains and Willow Springs on Thursdays.

Our supplier is unique in its approach to acquiring produce for the Co-op. The founders are farmers that got together in 2005 to create a co-op to help distribute their products. So, what they do is get products from smaller family farms first, many of which have CSA's, and then fill in the blanks with larger organic farms. Our goal is to do the same thing... utilize Ozark growers then fill in the blanks with what the supplier has to offer utilizing the smaller farms that they work with first.

Barring any difficulties or unseen problems this is what you will find in your boxes this week.

$20 basic box: 1 green or red leaf lettuce, 1# carrot, sm combo of broc/cauli, 8 oz green bean, green onion, sweet red onion, chard, roma tomato, yellow bell pepper (sweet!), 1 ea braeburn, pink lady and fuji apple, 2 ea navel orange and tangerine, 1 ea bosc and d'anjou pear and small bunch of bananas

$20 fruit: 2 ea pink lady, braeburn, fuji and navels. 1 ea red d'anjou, bosc and d'anjou pear. 4 ea tangerines. 2 small bunches of bananas. and a blueberry

$20 veggie box: 1 red leaf, 1 romaine, 1 eggplant, 1 carrot, lg broc/cauli combo, 1# green bean, chard, 2 roma toms, 1 green onion, cilantro and parsley, 1 zucchini, 2 yellow bell pepper, 2 sweet red onions.

+$10 fruit added: 1 each ~ braeburn, fuji, bosc, d'anjou. 2 each Navels and tangerines. small bunch of bananas. and a Blueberry

$30 basic box: 1 each red leaf and Romaine, 1 carrot, small broc/cauli combo, 8 oz green bean, 2 roma toms, 1 yellow pepper, 1 sweet red onion, rainbow chard, cilantro, parsley, greenonion eggplant, zucchini, 1 each fuji, pink lady, bosc and d'anjou, 2 ea navels, tangerines and red d'anjou. 1 large bunch of bananas.

$30 veggie box: 1 ea red leaf and romaine lettuce. 2# carrots, lg broc/cauli combo, pound of green beans, 2 roma toms 2 yellow peppers, 2 red onions, chard, cilantro, parsley, green onion eggplant, 2 zucchini.

$40 Box: 1 ea red and Romaine lettuce, carrot, large broc/cauli, pound of green beans, 3 romas, yellow bell pepper, 2 red onions, chard, cilantro, parsley, green onion, eggplant, 2 zucchini. 2 fuji, pink lady, navels, tangerines and red pears. 1 bosc and d'anjou. 1 large bunches of bananas.

$50 box: 1 ea red leaf and Romaine lettuce, carrot, bundle of broc, head of cauli, pound of green beans, 3 romas, 2 yellow bell peppers, 2 red onions, chard, cilantro, parsley, green onion, eggplant and 2 zucchini. 2 ea fuji, pink lady, bosc, d'anjou and red d'anjou. 4 each navel oranges and tangerines. 2 large bunches of bananas.

NEW $20 Juicers box small: 1 green leaf lettuce, 5# carrots, 1 celery, 2# beets, 8 granny smiths (if granny's are out we will sub with another)

If you do not see something listed as coming in your box or would like additional pieces you may request to add them.

Fruit may also be left over. So, we are offering a $5 mixed fruit bag of our choice once all orders are bagged and we see what we have left over.

This is a bag of smaller potatoes that are red, yellow/creamy white and purple/blue. They are all on the smaller side.

2 pound smaller red potato for $2.50 (sold out last week... fresh box coming in!)

5 pound beets for $10 (can do lower quantities at $2 per pound as well)

Blueberries!!! 6 oz of very tasty berries for $2.85... this is down from a couple of weeks ago when they were $3.25! I have a limited quantity on hand this week.

Organic Quinoa from an White Mountain Farm of CO. The man that owns this farm is one of the farmers that got together to create the distribution network we are using. They created it to help get small farms' items to places that they otherwise would not have been able to get to. I have packaged them in
2 pound lots for $8 each. They retail it on their website for $4.99 per pound so this is a $2 savings for our co-op!

I reserve the right to substitute something if an item I have on order does not arrive or if we reject it due to it not being of good quality.

I raise Shih Tzu and have two pretty brindle and white females for sale. They are available just in time for Valentines Day. Eight weeks old on Feb 6th. I have more recent photos to put up, but you can see some pictures of them at http://shi-anneshih-tzus.blogspot.com/
They are CKC registered. Dad is Imperial Blue and Mom Brindle and White. Pups are loved on throughout the day as they are raised in our home. I'm asking $325 each. Interested? or know someone that may be... please contact me. Thanks!
